Houston Chapter Scholarship fund is established with the purpose to support our distinguished Ibibio youths in diverse disciplines of higher education, in the USA. Application is open to all Ibibio students in the universities or colleges. The scholarship is a maximum $1,000.00 onetime per individual award.

Eligibility for the Scholarship Award:
- One or both parents must be indigene of Ibibio in Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria
- Applicant must enroll in a two or four year full-time accredited college in the USA
- Have a high academic standard with a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Possess leadership aptitude, high-quality moral and ethical values
- Present admission letter from university or college on the school official letterhead
